Job Duties: |
Following strict
instructions from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO),
will inspect and order fresh and frozen seafood for the
quality and quantity and other specifications falling
within pre-determined value range. Assist by
bargaining for prices, purchase terms, discount
privileges and supply arrangements. Assist by
studying the seafood market trend and obtaining feedback
from restaurant and bar owners and managers as regards
seafood consumption. Schedule and maintain a
buying plan, for the checking and approval of the CFO. |

Qualifications Required: |
Bachelor's degree in any
business-related field |
